1.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (If this happens, we will either give you a full refund or we will resend your order at our expense. it will be up to you.)
2.Order Lost and Delayed delivery
Since we have no control over the order during transportation, if the order is lost due to force majeure or weather. You can contact us by email. We will confirm with the transport company whether to resend your order based on the specific situation. (If this happens, we will either give you a full refund or we will resend your order at our expense. it will be up to you.)
3.Returns / Exchanges
All items are handcrafted and customized with care, therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us, and we can solve the issue (CONDITIONS APPLY).
4.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it takes 10-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5.Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

When you meet our return conditions and return an item, and when we receive and inspect your return and the item is in good condition, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the return.
We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
Upon approval, we will process your refund and return it to your credit card or original payment method.
